building for sale, mt. washington, pittsburgh, pa.

what i like about this is that mt. washington is supposed to be one of the "nicer" areas of pittsburgh. on boggs avenue, which is only two blacks away from the "main" street of grand view avenue, there are numerous boarded up, decrepit buildings.
