Eastown Theater. Detroit. 4/9/09.

Detroit's Eastown Theater.
It originally sat 2,500 and was used as a rock venue for a while showcasing bands like Pink Floyd, The Doors, Grateful Dead, and Alice Cooper.
It's on the market for only $2.2 million it could be yours. A 1996 plan estimated the cost for rehab at $6 million dollars. Who knows how much it would be now, 13 years of deterioration and decay later.
